Who pays the fee?
The buyer pays a flat 5% service fee on each ticket or merch sale. You keep your full price on every plan.
How do I get paid?
Ticket and merch money goes to your own Stripe account. You connect it once in Manage.
I run a venue. Does that work?
Yes. Choose venue when you create it, add your address and draw your table map. A venue counts as one brand on your plan.
Do my promoters need a plan?
No. Team members join your brand for free. Only the brand owner needs a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, from the Plans page.
